The theatre entrance is on the Raleigh Road side of the Tobacco Factory and the box office situated just inside the entrance on the ground floor. There is a ramp up into the building and a lift up to the theatre and theatre bar on the first floor.
The theatre has an unreserved auditorium and the lay out of the auditorium changes for different shows. If you have specific booking requirements please let the box office know when booking your tickets.
If you are a wheelchair user, when booking please mention that you require a wheelchair space so we can reserve seats for you in the auditorium.
Guide dogs are welcome in the auditorium, please request and aisle seat when you book. Alternatively our staff are happy to dog sit for you.
The Tobacco Factory auditorium has an induction loop system.
