Christmas Opening Hours

Please note that over the festive season the Box Office’s opening hours are as follows:

Fri 24 Dec – CLOSED
Sat 25 Dec – CLOSED
Sun 26 Dec – Open for ticket collection 2 hours prior to the performances. Phone lines closed.
Mon 27 Dec - Open for ticket collection 2 hours prior to the performances. Phone lines closed.
Tues 28 - Thurs 30th Dec – Open as normal, 10am - 6.30pm
Fri 31 Dec – CLOSED
Sat 1 Jan - Open for ticket collection 2 hours prior to the performances. Phone lines closed.
Sun 2 Jan - Open for ticket collection 2 hours prior to the performances. Phone lines closed.

You can email the Box Office on tickets@tobaccofactory.com and leave a message on the answerphone at 0117 902 0344. Messages and emails will be picked up and responded to during the opening hours as specified above. Online booking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Box Office will be open as usual from Mon 3 Jan..
