One week to go - Mayfest at Tobacco Factory Theatre

MAYFEST

It may be wet and cold outside, but we have been reliably informed that it is in fact May. This can mean only one thing, the return of Bristol’s very own festival of contemporary theatre Mayfest. Both the Factory and Brewery Theatres will be the involved, staging 10 days of exciting and dynamic theatre. If you’re a fan of unique and electrifying shows or just want to celebrate Bristol’s art scene, Mayfest is not to be missed. Here’s a round up of the Mayfest events which will be held at Tobacco Factory Theatre.

MADE IN HEAVEN

Dystopia merges with contemporary life in Mark Bruce Company’s harshly beautiful new piece of dance theatre. Following the critically acclaimed Love and War and Sea of Bones, Made in Heaven constructs a world of strange and disjointed figures whilst challenging the very idea of heaven and hell. Visually unique, this show will be like nothing you have seen before.
