Book Tickets
How to book tickets
You can book tickets for performances at the Tobacco Factory Theatre (and other venues for which we act as Box Office, including the Hen & Chicken) online here or by clicking the “book online” button on a show’s listing page. Please do be aware that our ticketing partner, tickets.com, charges a booking fee of £2.50 per transaction. Bookings made direct with the theatre either in person or by phone do not incur a booking fee other than the card handling fee described below.

You can also book tickets in advance for any performance at the Tobacco Factory Theatre by calling the Box Office on 0117 9020344 or coming into the Box Office in person.
Booking enquiries can be made by emailing .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). If emailing, please do not include your card details – we will call you back for information. Please include a daytime telephone number for all booking methods. Cheques should be made payable to Tobacco Factory Arts Trust.
Box Office Hours
Mon – Sat (Sep-May) 10.00am – 6.30pm
Mon – Sat (June-Aug) 12 noon – 6.30pm
The Box Office is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
If there is a performance on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, the Box Office will be open for counter sales and ticket collection two hours prior to the performance.
Box Office Sales
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express. A Card Handling Fee of 50p for 1 ticket or £1 for 2 or more tickets applies for all card transactions.
Collection
We do not post tickets. You can collect the tickets any time from the time of booking, up until the night of the show. Please bring the card you paid with for identification.
Online Sales
You can now also book tickets online. Just Click the “book online” button underneath the pricing information on a production’s listing page. Our ticketing partner applies a booking fee of £2.50 per transaction to all online sales.
Refunds
Please note we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
We can exchange tickets for other performances of the same production (subject to availability) if 48 hours notice is given. A £1 Administration Fee will apply for exchanges.
Prices
Ticket prices vary for different performances and can be found in What’s On.
Concessions
Concessions are available for most performances and prices can be found in ‘What’s On’. Concessionary tickets are available for under 16’s, full time students, benefit claimants, registered disabled, over 60’s and Equity members. Valid Student ID will be required upon collection.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours – full payment is then required. If we do not hear from you by the 48 hour deadline tickets will be released back to public sale. We cannot reserve tickets to be paid on the door on the performance night. Full payment must be received at least 2 hours before the start of a show.
